Job summary

RTX's Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) in Andover, MA invites a college intern to join our RF engineering test teams. You will perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules, and MMICs, and help assemble test systems.

You will learn RF measurement techniques, use software such as LabVIEW, Python and Keysight ADS to control equipment and analyze data. Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate STEM degree with at least 30 credit

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in a STEM major.
Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship.

Responsibilities

Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs
Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements
Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems
Use software to control test equipment and plot test results
