Job summary

RTX invites a college intern to join our RF engineering test teams in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave ICs, and modules for defense applications.

You will perform RF/microwave measurements, assemble test systems, and use software to control equipment and plot results. This onsite opportunity requires a STEM degree, 30 credit hours, and offers strong learning in a premier aerospace & defense environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in a STEM major.
• Minimum of 30 credit hours before internship start.
• Interest in RF/microwave, analog/digital electronics, and circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs.
• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements and assemble test systems.
• Use software to control test equipment and plot results.
