Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes to drive root cause identification and resolution.
• Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.
• Develop and release test procedures and documentation for new products transitioning into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Automated Test Development, Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, Quality, Process Engineering, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness, test coverage, and process robustness.
• Analyze product performance, yield data, equipment performance, and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives focused on increasing yield, improving product quality, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Participate in the design, review, and implementation of new test equipment, fixtures, and production tools.
• Drive projects from concept through production launch while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and support to technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers, subcontractors, and other ADI/ADFED locations as needed to resolve technical challenges and improve overall product performance.
