Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Process Engineering Technician in Chelmsford, MA to develop and release advanced microwave and millimeter wave modules.

You will support manufacturing readiness, implement process improvements, and lead data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams on the floor. The role requires problem-solving, strong communication with manufacturing staff, and experience in semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release new procedures and processes to improve yield and cycle time.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during the shift and provide guidance to Operators.
