Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, develop, and sustain RF/microwave test solutions for high-reliability products.

You will partner with engineering, quality, and operations to improve yield, efficiency, and product readiness for production transfers. The role emphasizes hands-on testing with RF equipment, data-driven problem solving, and leadership in test development across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen able to obtain security clearance.
• Degree in electrical engineering or related field with RF knowledge.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and root-cause identification processes.
• Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and processes.
• Develop and release test procedures for new products transitioning to manufacturing.
• Collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Quality, Process Engineering and Operations teams.
• Support NPI activities, manufacturing readiness, and robust test coverage.
• Analyze performance, yield data, equipment performance, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to increase yield, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Drive projects from concept to production launch with quality and schedule focus.
• Provide technical leadership and training to technicians and staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other ADI/ADFED locations to resolve challenges.
