Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is hiring a Manufacturing Microwave & RF Test Technician to support high‑performance microwave module production.

You will test, troubleshoot, and calibrate complex microwave subsystems, working with analyzers, meters and RF sources in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years in microwave electronics, an associate degree or military electronics training, and strong documentation/communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in microwave electronics
• Associate degree or military electronics background required
• High school diploma/GED required; vocational diploma is a plus

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, RF sources and other equipment
• Work with computer-controlled test systems to perform microwave testing and troubleshoot modules
• General knowledge of electronics construction
• Aptitude for working with automated and manual test equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with engineering, management and technicians
• Test station setup and calibration
• Maintenance of test data
• Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses
• Simple hand soldering knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
