Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog or mixed-signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience interpreting technical data to drive decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Preferred: aerospace/defense or high-reliability manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: RF test equipment experience (NWDs, SAs, meters, generators, oscilloscopes).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain RF/microwave test methods for complex products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain test fixtures and production test processes.
• Release test procedures for new products entering manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Electrical/Mechanical Design, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Support NPI activities ensuring manufacturing readiness and test coverage.
• Analyze yield, equipment performance, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead yield and quality initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to test equipment and production tool development and deployment.
• Drive projects from concept to production launch within quality and cost targets.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and operators.
