Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Engineer in Chelmsford, MA to support microwave and millimeter-wave module production.

You will drive manufacturability, yield improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Design, Test, and Manufacturing to ensure timely product releases. The role requires a BS/MS in engineering, 2+ years in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing, and strong data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
• 2+ years in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with statistical data analysis methods and software.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing readiness for new and existing microwave/millimeter-wave modules.
• Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing to ensure robust test plans.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve yield and throughput.
• Develop manufacturing plans and schedules for development pipeline.
• Address obsolescence, returns, and supplier issues with cross-functional teams.
