Job summary

Gpac is seeking an Engineering Lab Manager to oversee the assembly, alignment, and testing of RF/Microwave components across PCB sub-assemblies to full system integration. This role requires strong technical acumen, meticulous documentation, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a highly specialized engineering environment.

You will design test fixtures, develop procedures, manage test resources, and ensure compliance with space-grade EEE parts and environmental testing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 10+ years in engineering with RF/Microwave focus and PLM experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF/Microwave assembly tools and test equipment.
• Familiarity with space-grade EEE parts and environmental testing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly and testing of RF/Microwave components from PCB sub-assemblies to full system integration.
• Develop in-process test procedures and data sheets for module and system testing.
• Create and manage engineering documentation such as reports and ECNs for customer review.
• Provide technical support to engineers, technicians and associates; manage test tools and resources.
• Offer system design insights for passive/active RF/Microwave components and temperature compensation methods.
