Job summary

MACOM Technology Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Product Engineer-Principal to drive the release of a diverse portfolio of microwave semiconductor products. You will develop production tests plans, design RF test boards for automated equipment, and analyze data to set datasheet specifications.

You will collaborate with Design, Test, Applications, Marketing and Reliability teams across locations. The role emphasizes strong RF/microwave test background, lab measurements, and NPI support through

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required; MS a plus.
• Strong RF/microwave test and measurement skills.
• Experience characterizing semiconductor devices.
• Ability to analyze data and present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate production tests plans to verify product performance.
• Design/analyze RF & microwave test boards for automated test equipment.
• Set up and perform lab RF measurements.
• Conduct measurement systems analysis (gage R&R).
• Analyze data using sound statistical methodology.
• Perform yield analysis and lead project review meetings.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, documentation, BOMs and costings.
• Support successful new product introductions on schedule.
