Dover Corporation – Microwave Products Group (MPG) seeks an experienced engineer to evaluate RF & microwave filter requirements and generate timely quotations. You will work with Engineering to align design, manufacturing, and testing methods, and maintain pricing data in ERP/CRM. Travel may be required.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and evaluate customer RF & Microwave filter requirements for accurate quotations.
• Select filter design topology and product series based on customer needs.
• Create part numbers in ERP and generate product quotations in CRM.
• Develop pricing models and maintain internal pricing guide quarterly.
• Support Business Development and Inside Sales in customer meetings.
