The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment across shifts. You will work with machine shop and engineering to support priority machines and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include updating SOPs and training plans, reading prints, operating surface grinders, and leading a safety-focused team. Attendance, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Manufacturing Specialist 4 or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading production output and training staff.
• Able to read basic prints and sketch simple parts.
• Skilled in machine shop operations and metalworking processes.
• Excellent attendance, safety, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Oversee area for all shifts and ensure priority machines run.
• Perform basic machine shop tasks and read prints.
• Update SOPs, training plans, and tooling lists with engineering.
• Drive process improvements and sign off on new training.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and positive teamwork.
