The Kinetic Group is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist 4 to maintain and troubleshoot machines, lead shift operations, and ensure priority machines run smoothly. You will train staff, update SOPs, and collaborate with engineering on tooling lists and process improvements.

Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork is required, with the ability to work across shifts and adapt to changing production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Manufacturing Specialist 4 or equivalent.
• Experience leading production output in the area.
• Reliable in attendance, productivity, safety and quality.
• Strong teamwork and training skills.
• Ability to operate surface grinder and sharpen knives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing operation through machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Oversees area for all shifts and ensures priority machines run.
• Updates SOPs, training guides, and supports tooling lists with engineering.
• Develops and owns training plans and standardizes changeovers for best practice.
• Demonstrates leadership in safety, discipline and attitude.
