Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Manufacturing Specialist 4 or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated above average technician skills; leading production output.
• Reliable in attendance, productivity, safety and quality.
• Demonstrated positive teamwork and ability to train others.
• Training/mmachine shop knowledge and metal-working processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees area for all shifts.
• Performs basic machine shop tasks (drilling, tapping, sawing, grinding).
• Sketches simple parts and reads basic prints.
• Updates SOPs and training plans; coordinates with engineering.
• Implements process improvements and standardizes changeovers.
