Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Technical Leader for System Integration & Test (SIT) with emphasis on RF and sensor systems. You will own the system integration across hardware, firmware, and control software, delivering hardware in multiple environments and supporting customer testing.

Expect leadership of cross-functional teams and strong engagement with program leadership. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, an established track record in RF hardware, MATLAB, and C/C++,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with extensive experience required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP access.
• Strong experience with RF hardware and test equipment.
• Proficient in MATLAB, data analysis, and signal processing.
• Firmware/hardware integration planning; knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SIT technical expert on RF sensor systems and integration.
• Lead test strategy, environments, and objectives across programs.
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team through integration challenges.
• Interface with design teams for root-cause and resolutions.
• Develop schedules, materials for design reviews and resource plans.
