Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer to lead lab and bench ownership, plan and execute test campaigns, and coordinate cross‑functional teams in Baltimore, MD. The role emphasizes integration of RF sensor systems and collaboration across SIT, TDE, FW, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications include a STEM Bachelor's with 5+ years experience or a Master’s; DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for onsite work.

Qualifications

• System integration and test on complex HW/SW systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP access.
• U.S. citizen and onsite work in Baltimore, MD.
• Experience leading lab/bench ownership and test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab and bench ownership for integration labs/benches.
• Own bench design changes and test equipment configuration management.
• Lead test planning and execution for LRIP ATP, HW DVT, and SSQT tests.
• Define and manage regression test campaigns for system SW/HW components.
• Coordinate with SIT, TDE, FW, FESW, and other stakeholders as primary technical contact.
• Mentor junior engineers in test design and verification practices.
