Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with extensive experience; DoD Secret clearance required.
• Strong RF hardware and test equipment experience; MATLAB coding and data analysis skills.
• Firmware/hardware integration planning and execution; C/C++ software experience.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead System Integration & Test (SIT) for RF sensor systems across hardware, firmware and software.
• Define test strategies, develop environments and procedures for hardware deliveries and customer testing.
• Coordinate with product design teams to resolve root causes and drive schedules.
• Present at technical design reviews and manage engineering resources.
