Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineers (Level 3 or 4) to lead hardware and software testing of RF sensor systems. You will develop test plans, run regression tests, and coordinate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to verify requirements on complex radar and comms platforms.

Candidates must have a STEM degree with relevant RF/test experience, be a US citizen, and be able to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field with relevant experience.
• Experience with RF lab test equipment and troubleshooting HW/SW/FW integration.
• Experience coding to automate tests and developing test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, troubleshoot, and test RF sensor systems across hardware and software.
• Create and run regression tests to verify requirements and system behavior.
• Collaborate with software/firmware/hardware teams to define test cases and capabilities.
• Support development of system integration and test plans and environments (Labs).
