Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer in Austin, TX. You will develop RF and mixed-signal front-end architectures for rugged embedded computing used in aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

You will work with FPGA, PCB, and systems engineers to design RF signal paths, clocking, and power architectures for mission-critical platforms, spanning concept to production. Expect collaboration, innovation, and hands-on lab work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Expertise designing complete RF and mixed-signal signal chains including RF front ends and low-noise analog circuitry.
• Experience taking RF hardware from concept to production.
• Strong RF design theory understanding: filtering, impedance matching, signal integrity, shielding.
• Experience selecting and integrating high-speed ADCs/DACs from TI, Analog Devices or similar.
• RF circuits operating up to 18 GHz; digital interfaces to FPGA-based processing.
• Clock generation and distribution across multiple sampling rates.
• Low-noise power supply design for mixed-signal/RF systems.
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment.
• Collaboration with PCB layout engineers for controlled impedance routing.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF analog and mixed-signal front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing.
• Design RF signal paths, low-noise circuitry, clocking, and power architectures.
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB, embedded software, and systems teams throughout lifecycle.
• Influence architecture decisions from concept through validation and production.
