Talent Solutions Partners seeks an RF Analog Design Engineer in Austin, TX to develop RF/mixed-signal front-ends for rugged embedded computing in aerospace and defense. You will work with FPGA, PCB, and software teams to create high-performance RF solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design from concept to production, solving complex signal integrity problems, and contributing to architecture decisions in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Expertise designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains
• Experience from system architecture to production
• Strong RF design theory and high-speed PCB implementation
• Experience with high-speed ADCs/DACs from major vendors
• Designs up to 18 GHz and digital interfaces to FPGA
• Clocking, synchronization, and low-noise power architectures
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience
• Collaboration with PCB layout for manufacturability
• Troubleshooting complex analog/mixed-signal issues

Responsabilités

• Design RF front-end architectures and signal paths
• Develop low-noise analog circuitry and clocking systems
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB, embedded software and systems engineers
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to production
• Address signal integrity issues and optimize RF/mixed-signal platforms
