Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks an RF Analog Design Engineer in Austin, TX to develop RF/mixed-signal front-end architectures for defense-grade embedded computing platforms. You will design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking and power systems, collaborating with FPGA, PCB, and systems teams.

You will participate in the full product lifecycle from concept to validation and production, addressing signal integrity, impedance matching, and high-speed interfaces while supporting cutting-edge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise designing RF and mixed-signal signal chains including RF front ends, analog filtering, ADC/DAC interfaces, clocking, synchronization, and low-noise power architectures.
• Experience taking RF hardware from concept to production with debugging and validation.
• Strong RF theory, impedance matching, signal integrity, shielding and high-speed PCB implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF analog front-end architectures for high-performance embedded computing products used in defense/aerospace.
• Design RF signal paths, low-noise analog circuitry, clocking systems, and power architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or participate in full product lifecycle from concept to validation and production, addressing signal integrity and routing challenges.
