Job summary

RTX is seeking an Intern in the Electrical Engineering Function in McKinney, TX for hands-on design, test, and support of advanced electrical subsystems used in extreme battlefield environments. You will contribute to target detection, tracking, guidance, navigation, and signal processing projects.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced STEM degree with at least 60 credit hours completed, and an ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

Responsibilities

Passive Circuit Design tasks including transitions, manifolds, filters, radiators.
Simulation of RF structures using Ansys HFSS.
Participate in cutting edge RF/CCA design work.
Participate in design of phased array systems.
