Job summary

RTX is seeking an electrical engineer for RF/microwave system design and AESA technology in a hands-on role onsite in the US. You will design RF components and phased array applications, integrate and test hardware, and use HFSS/ADS/CST/Xpedition and Matlab for analysis.

The position targets students pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM fields, offering exposure to cutting-edge defense tech and a clear path to professional growth within RTX.

Responsibilities

Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
Integrate and test component- and system-level phased array hardware.
Work with electromagnetic tools and analytical software (HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition, Matlab).
