Job summary

RTX is offering an Electrical Engineer Intern position in McKinney, TX, onsite. You will join the Airborne RF Electronics team and support a production program under IPT guidance, contributing to hardware and software analysis, documentation, and tests.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field and at least 60 semester hours by start. Strong communication and analytical skills are valued for collaboration and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM.
• Minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels including analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces.
• Troubleshooting test sets down to component level including analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces.
• Analysis of test data of products to verify specifications using MATLAB tools.
• Generating and updating documents, drawings, designs and specifications.
