Job summary

RTX is seeking an Intern in the Electrical Engineering Function to design, test, manufacture, and support advanced electrical subsystems for aerospace and defense applications. You will work on target detection, tracking, guidance, navigation, signal processing, and communication in challenging environments.

As an intern, you will perform passive circuit design, HFSS simulations, and participate in phased array development, learning from top engineers while contributing to real programs.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical or STEM and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Minimum 60 credit hours by start of internship/co-op.
• Experience in passive circuit design and EM modeling is a plus.
• Solid understanding of antenna engineering principles including phased array theory.

Responsibilities

• Design passive circuits (transitions, manifolds, filters, radiators).
• Simulate RF structures using Ansys HFSS.
• Participate in cutting edge RF/CCA design and in phased array systems.
