Job summary

TSC in Washington, DC, seeks an Electronics Technician to support our customers with hands-on work on communications equipment, RF technology and electronics. You will join a collaborative team onsite at multiple locations, working in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes assembly, testing, troubleshooting, integration and maintenance of advanced systems, with emphasis on documentation, safety, and security compliance. US citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing and testing electronics and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure electronics and communications systems per specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades on equipment and antennas.
• Test plans and procedures for RF and electronic systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document issues, test results and corrective actions accurately.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success and clearly communicate status.
