iRF Solutions in Sparks, MD is seeking an RF Manufacturing Technician for full-time on-site work. The role involves RF/microwave assembly, calibration, and testing with engineers, using analysis tools and data to ensure product performance. Onsite 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent with extensive RF test equipment experience, soldering skills, and the ability to read schematics. Security clearance eligibility may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years of experience or trade school with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF generators and power meters.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams and engineering documentation.
• Good soldering techniques and ability to do solder rework under microscope.
• Pass preemployment drug screening and background check.

Aufgaben

• Assembles and tunes RF or microwave components and prototype systems.
• Uses network analyzers, power meters, and signal generators to diagnose and fix failures.
• Modifies equipment as defined by diagrams and schematics.
• Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment per layouts and manuals.
• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting in manufacturing/testing.
• Documents test results and assists in developing manufacturing procedures.
• Utilizes automated test programs to evaluate product performance against specifications.
