Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF and DSP in Austin, TX. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions, translating technical tradeoffs into compelling requirements and business cases.

You will work with engineering to define priorities, engage with customers, and drive products from concept through launch, influencing decisions across sales, engineering, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced engineering roles.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, or embedded tech markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain RF/DSP/FPGA product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate technical tradeoffs into clear product requirements.
• Lead NPI from concept through product launch with engineering partners.
• Develop business cases and present to executives.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and suppliers to capture market needs.
• Communicate complex RF/DSP/FPGA topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and guide lifecycle decisions.
