Leadersh ip to technicians is expected. Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant RF/Optics experience, along with proficiency in RF hardware design,

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field plus 2 years’ RF/Optics Design experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ RF/Optics Design experience.
• Proficiency with RF hardware design concepts and procedures.
• Experience with antenna design, testing, and electromagnetic theory.

Responsibilities

• Design wireless hardware for products through the product development process.
• Test and troubleshoot to characterize unit and system RF performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product and process.
• Support transfer of products and product knowledge into manufacturing.
• Provide work direction to technicians.
