Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2 years RF/Optics experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years RF/Optics experience.
• Proficient in RF hardware design concepts, antenna design and testing.
• Experience with body-loaded consumer electronics, electromagnetic theory, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Design wireless hardware for hearing aids and accessories through the complete product development process.
• Test and troubleshoot product units and system level RF performance.
• Implement continuous improvements in product and manufacturing process.
• Support knowledge transfer of products into manufacturing.
• Provide work direction to technicians.
