Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hearing aid design or product development environment (with BS).
• Minimum one year of experience in hearing aid design or product development environment (with MS).
• Consideration given for engineering internships; audiology or acoustic coursework.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the execution of Continuation Engineering Requests.
• Collaborate with R&D for specification-impacting changes.
• Create and maintain accurate engineering change documentation.

Skills

Proficiency with schematic and layout CAD packages

Proficiency with circuit simulation tools

Intermediate working knowledge of acoustics and hearing aid design

Excellent design and troubleshooting skills

Proficient in audio analyzers and oscilloscopes
