Job summary

You will collaborate with acoustics, electronics, and signal integrity teams, lead design transfers to production, and help ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role blends concept, prototyping, testing, and documentation to deliver reliable, market-ready hearing technology.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Acoustic Engineering, or related field.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Experience planning, prototyping, verification, and documentation of electroacoustic hardware.
• Familiarity with ANSI/IEC standards and PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create novel designs for integrating new platforms/transducers to meet product requirements.
• Plan and run simulation and rapid prototype evaluation of new concepts for early risk reduction.
• Execute electroacoustic design and verification activities across products.
• Lead design transfer to production and support regulatory/homologation reporting.
• Document and share novel findings to the EE teams and improve processes.
