Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to manage and install cellular and public safety in-building systems, DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cells.

You will lead on-site teams including subcontractors and internal staff, ensuring safety and project timelines. You will be responsible for RF and optical distribution, testing, and coordination with customers, market managers, and support staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years low voltage cable installation experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and RF in-building systems knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams for DAS, BDA, DRAN and rooftop small cell systems.
• Coordinate with customers, management and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Ensure materials are ordered and available at site for installation.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; review time logs and documentation.
• Travel as needed to support company activities and projects.
