Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site teams for cellular and public safety in-building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects.

You will manage field service technicians and contractors, coordinate with customers, and ensure installations meet Pierson Wireless standards. The role requires RF and fiber experience, OSHA certification, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• OSHA 10 (required) and OSHA 30 (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and field staff on DAS/BDA/DRAN/small cell installations.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of RF and optical distribution systems.
• Ensure materials, time logs, and documentation meet installation standards.
