Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site teams in the installation of DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems. You will supervise subcontractors and internal field staff, ensure adherence to standards, and coordinate with customers to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires hands-on expertise in RF distribution, coax/fiber installation, and safety compliance. Some travel is expected to support projects and company growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience; RF in-building systems experience.
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of major US cellular carrier installation standards and DAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors; ensure installations meet standards.
• Coordinate installations with customers and internal teams; maintain timelines.
• Review time logs and project documentation; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and train field service technicians; hire or coach personnel as needed.
• Travel as required to support company activities and project sites.
