Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a senior leader to drive development of Antenna Tuner solutions for NR 5G, LTE-Advanced, and Wi‑Fi across next-generation mobile products. You will head hardware development from concept to mass production for Tier-1 customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping product direction.

The role demands 12+ years in wireless RF, strong program leadership, and deep hands-on experience with aperture and impedance tuning, RF switches, and tunable capacitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 12+ years in wireless RF with leadership or project management experience.
• Deep domain expertise in Antenna Tuners including aperture tuning, impedance tuning, RF switches and tunable capacitors.
• Experience interfacing directly with Tier-1 mobile/smartphone customers is desirable.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects: direct cross-functional engineering teams in design, development, and optimization of Antenna Tuner products for Tier-1 mobile customers.
• Customer interfacing: act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers to ensure alignment with requirements and schedules.
• Project management: manage timelines, coordinate resources, assess risks, and ensure on-time milestones.
• Technical guidance: lead module debugging, tuning, and optimization while guiding the team through RF challenges.
