Job summary

Broadcom Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior RF engineer to develop front-end modules for wireless systems, including LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G, and Wi‑Fi, with emphasis on power amplifiers, envelopes tracking, and linearity.

You will design experiments, bring up measurement setups, lead module debugging and optimization, and analyze DoE findings as part of a fast-paced project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years in wireless RF.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment for PA characterization.
• Strong MATLAB, Python, and C# programming for data processing.
• Knowledge of PA, RF filters, LNA, and ASW.
• Hands-on experience with Envelope Tracking (ET) systems and DPD.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for module performance characterization.
• Design, bring up, and troubleshoot measurement setups.
• Lead module debugging, tuning, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings.
• Contribute to development of advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor process.
