Job summary
Broadcom Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive development of Antenna Tuner products for NR 5G, LTE-Advanced and Wi‑Fi.
You will lead hardware development from concept to mass production for Tier-1 mobile customers, coordinating across engineering teams and with customers. The role combines advanced RF engineering with program leadership, requiring a track record of delivering complex RF solutions on tight schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
- 12+ years in wireless RF with proven project management or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Antenna Tuners: aperture & impedance tuning, RF switches, tunable capacitors.
- Experience interfacing with Tier-1 mobile/smartphone customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects: direct cross-functional teams in design, development, and optimization of Antenna Tuner products for Tier-1 customers.
- Customer interfacing: act as primary technical contact ensuring specs meet Tier-1 requirements and schedules.
- Project management: manage timelines, coordinate resources, assess risks, ensure milestones.
- Technical guidance: lead debugging, tuning, and optimization of RF modules.
