TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Antenna Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design, simulate, and optimize antennas for home network products, guiding placement, tuning, and production readiness.

You’ll work with RF, hardware, and platform teams to ensure robust wireless performance across multiple standards. The role covers end-to-end development, validation, and documentation, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and mass production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, RF engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of antenna design and development experience for electronic products.
• Hands-on experience with RF test instruments, network analyzers, and anechoic chambers.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetics and antenna principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate antenna-related requirements and feasibility for wireless products.
• Guide antenna placement, matching circuits, and enclosure impact with hardware teams.
• Lead end-to-end antenna design, testing, tuning, and validation.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance activities (FCC, SAR) related to antennas.
• Produce complete antenna design documentation and routing guidelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
