GRVTY is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to own delivery for a U.S. government data platform program. You will manage cost, schedule, and contract deliverables while staying close to technical work to inform real-time decisions.

The role interfaces with government PMs and GRVTY engineering, data, security, and support teams, guiding sprint/PI ceremonies and cross-domain collaboration on a modern cloud architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or business or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing DoD software, data, or IT programs as PM, deputy PM, or technical lead.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with government PMOs and engineering counterparts.
• Familiarity with DoD software acquisition authorities and cloud delivery.

Aufgaben

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for the customer PM and engineering teams; build effective working relationships to resolve issues early.
• Coordinate complex technical situations across stakeholders, including cross-domain data flows and security timelines.
• Manage delivery dependencies with other contractors or platform vendors; oversee data-layer handoffs.
• Lead and align GRVTY team members across locations; ensure work is sequenced, staffed, and unblocked.
• Manage cost and schedule performance including forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting.
• Own staffing: forecast demand, drive requisitions and clearance processing, onboarding against delivery plan.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; maintain risk register and drive reviews.
• Deliver contract data deliverables (CDRLs or equivalents) on time and to spec; manage calendar and QC submissions.
• Run program cadence: sprint/PI ceremonies, I/T meetings, program reviews.
• Triage incoming work on a dynamic scope; surface trade-offs to the customer early.
• Support new work capture, change proposals, and ROM developments.
