Job summary

CA CI International Inc. Space and Sensing Division seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a ~$25M/year, >30-person Special Intelligence RDT&E effort delivering advanced RF collection systems and large-aperture antennas for Space Force missions.

You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance, drive DPAS-rated procurements, coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team, and brief government stakeholders through reviews while maintaining ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Excellent communication, briefing, and customer-engagement skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of program execution including cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk/opportunity management.
• Coordinate DPAS-rated procurements and supplier engagements.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across RF, software, mechanical, and test disciplines.
• Prepare customer briefings, reviews, and technical documentation.
