Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Rework Technician - B in Londonderry, NH. This 12+ month assignment features a 3x12 weekend shift (Fri–Sun) with a 6:00am start. Training on the first shift (Mon–Thu) may last up to 4 weeks, with a pay rate of $22–$26/hr on W2.

You will handle electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies, document repairs, and follow safety rules while supporting Lean improvements. Strong English reading is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a repair field.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering experience.

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible for extension)
Pay rate range: $22 –$ 26 /hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Weekend shift: Start time 6: 00am (Shift 3 x 12 Friday to Sunday.)

Job Description

Training will occur during first shift 5: 00am start Monday to Thursday. Depending on skill set, training can be up to 4 weeks. Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies. Performs computer activities with programs provided. Strong attention to detail to accurately follow required rework. Demonstrated proficiency at documentation of repairs. Reports deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate. Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations. Supports Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. Applies considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Cultivates a culture that assures effective cross functional team work. Performs job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures. Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values. Consistently at work and on time. Ability to multi-task. Follow all safety measures. Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience Required
