Rocket EMS seeks a Rework Technician to modify, repair, or replace components on PCBAs to meet customer specs and IPC standards. You will solder with precision and perform rework for both surface-mount and through-hole assemblies.
Interpret ECOs and docs, inspect with magnification or X-ray when needed, document repairs, and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production to enable continuous improvement in a cleanroom/ESD environment.
The Rework Technician is responsible for modifying, repairing, or replacing components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role requires expertise in soldering, component identification, and rework techniques including both surface-mount and through-hole technologies.
