Job summary

Creative Lumens Lighting in Troy, MI is seeking a meticulous Quality Control/PCB technician to support through-hole soldering, PCB rework, and final assembly inspections. You will identify defects, report issues, and help the team meet strict quality and production goals.

No prior experience required beyond basic soldering; training is available. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and PTO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
