Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Rework Technician - B in Londonderry, NH. This 12+ month assignment features a 3x12 weekend shift (Fri–Sun) with a 6:00am start. Training on the first shift (Mon–Thu) may last up to 4 weeks, with a pay rate of $22–$26/hr on W2.

You will handle electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies, document repairs, and follow safety rules while supporting Lean improvements. Strong English reading is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a repair field.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and rework electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Document repairs accurately and report deviations for review.
• Follow safety regulations; maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Support Lean manufacturing through continuous process improvement.
