Job summary

Partners Personnel hires a Rework Technician for a local PCB manufacturer in San Jose. You will perform touch-up and rework on electronic components, using microscopes to meet quality standards before progressing in production.

The role requires experience in electronics assembly and the ability to handle delicate parts, plus familiarity with heat guns and hot plates. This is an in-person, day-shift position in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-up and rework tasks on electronic components using microscopes.

• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure reworked components meet product standards.
• Participate in on-the-job training and hands-on testing for four hours.

Pay Rate: $21-$30/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

We are seeking a Touch-Up Rework Associate at a local PCB manufacturer, a leading electronics manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and quality control, with a focus on attention to detail and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for performing touch-up and rework tasks on electronic components, ensuring they meet our quality standards before proceeding to the next stage of production.
