This role also owns the day-to-day operational readiness of our Ball Grid Array (BGA) rework capability, ensuring high-reliability workmanship, strict traceability, and rigorous adherence to approved engineering instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect assemblies for physical damage and defects before routing to test owners.
  • BGA Capability Ownership: Oversee the day-to-day operation, readiness, and maintenance of BGA rework equipment, tooling, thermal profiles, and software configurations. Execute BGA removal, site preparation, reballing, and replacement within established process controls.
  • Traceability & Quality Control: Maintain precise traceability for boards, removed/installed components, and rework cycles. Follow strict ESD, safety, and quality standards, and elevate immediately if unexpected damage or out-of-scope conditions arise.
Required Qualifications
