You will use hand soldering and hot air rework stations to service SMT and through‑hole components, inspect with magnification or X-ray, and follow IPC‑A‑610/IPC‑7711/7721 requirements. Requires 2+ years PCBA rework experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a cleanroom/ESD environment.
The Rework Technician is responsible for modifying, repairing, or replacing components on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role requires expertise in soldering, component identification, and rework techniques including both surface-mount and through-hole technologies.
$25 - $30 USD
Due to the nature of the work performed at Rocket EMS, this position may require access to export-controlled technical data or technology.
