The Sofidel Group in the United States is seeking Machine Operators to join our converting team in Ohio. This full-time, long-term role offers growth opportunities for candidates who are local and able to work a 12-hour rotating shift.

You will operate machinery, perform quality checks, and follow production specifications while supporting Lean and HACCP practices to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 6–12 months experience in manufacturing or training.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and in a team environment.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and follow production orders and packaging requirements.
• Perform hourly quality checks and document daily QA reports.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production quotas and customer specs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA to ensure safe, efficient operations.
