Job summary

Paragon Films, Inc. seeks a Rewinder Lead Operator to train and lead the Rewinder Team on the production floor. You will set performance expectations, mentor staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all Rewinder machines while upholding Paragon’s quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, leadership and the ability to coordinate with maintenance, shipping and management. You will manage shift staffing and monitor shift reports for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and training abilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; capable of coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Train Rewinder Operators and new hires; provide ongoing mentoring.
• Inspect and adjust Rewinder machines to ensure quality products.
• Maintain safe, efficient operation of all Rewinders and related equipment.
• Communicate expectations across shifts and departments.
